Pc Restarts when idle for 10-15 mins.

hi i recently built this computer in september, all brand new parts and never had any issues until about a month ago, my pc will restart itself when idle for 10-15 mins, it just cuts to a black screen, then it shows the motherboard launch screen, loads and is back to normal. sometimes it will load and need to β€œfix” the C drive after it gets restarted on the motherboard launch screen. It doesnt restart if there is a youtube video playing or a video game open, though it will restart if spotify is playing. I tried to stress test my pc using prime95 and it restarted itself about 15 mins into the stress test.

I believe i overclocked my pc right before this issue started happening, though i have since reset all my bios settings to default. ive tried disabling the c6, c7 states as well as changing the power supply control idle to typical current idle. Ive also tried launching it in secure boot, all my bios and drivers are up to date. Nothing has helped or made a difference.

The attatched image is a screenshot of my reliability history, you can see it started happening on jan 26th. clearly that is not normal or good at all lol, please help!!!

    Pc Specs:
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT
    Mobo: b650 eagle ax
    RAM: 4800 mt/s 2 x 16
    PSU: corsair RM750e 750 W 80+
Hard Drive: Patriot P400 Lite 2 TB M.2-2280

Let’s do a full workup of your system.
No personal data is published and everything shown is safe.
    1. Download Speccy by Piriform.
In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
Paste that link into your post. Is Speccy safe?
    2. Download GetSystemInfo by Kaspersky.
In GSI, click Start. (takes about 10mins)
It makes a ZIP file on your desktop, drag that to their GSI Parser site.
Once analysed, paste the newly created URL into your post.
    3. Download MiniToolBox by Farbar.
In MTB, tick List Installed Programs, click Go then close the program.
A file MTB.txt is created in the same folder, attach that to your post.

        Let’s try the following;
        [ul]
[li]remove Nortons, it can always be added back later. Use their removal tool to get rid of all traces. Then use Revo Uninstaller or Geek Uninstaller to remove leftovers[/li][li]turn off XMP memory mode. Your RAM is 4800 which the mobo supports without over-clocking[/li][li]your BIOS is Aug’24, F31. Latest is Feb’25, F33a - the descriptions of the changes suggest fixes for what may be your issue, ie: memory improvements, better CPU support, security patches, etc.[/li][/ul]
