The computer starts up but there is no image

Hello, I came back home after leaving, I turn on the computer, everything inside starts up, initially the screen shows as if something was going to happen and nothing. No signal, I tried replacing the HDMI and resetting the bios and it still doesn’t work

Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

What do you mean by " the screen shows as if something was going to happen " do you see something on the screen but it then goes black for example.

Are you left with message on your screen saying " No Signal "

What are you using for a screen, a dedicated computer screen or a TV screen.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM ( including the amount, number of sticks and speed ) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable helpers to better assist you.

the TV shows no signal. When you turn it on, the lack of signal first disappears and then appears again

Have you made sure that the settings on the TV have not been changed, unlike a dedicated computer screen you have to tell a TV where to look for a signal, this is done on the TVs handset and by pressing the source button on it and then selecting the appropriate signal source, HDMI 1, Display Port or on some it will say PC.

Other than the above you are going to need to provide the information that was requested, helpers can`t help when they have nothing to work with.

The problem is that everything was working before and I haven’t changed anything in the computer or monitor recently[/color]

You are not doing as was asked or providing the information that has been asked for twice so I will chime out and you will have to wait to see if anyone else replies.

We cannot help if we don’t have the information that we ask for. It’s not unwillingness, it’s impossible.

It’s like calling a doctor and stating, β€œMy arm hurts, is it broken”? They cannot answer yes or no over the phone without more information. It’s the same with your PC.

The more information we have, the more accurate the solution.

Being that the OP revisited the forum but chose not to acknowledge either reply this thread will be closed.
