I am using a Dell Inspiron 16. When I boot windows, the drive C: works properly. When i boot a portable usb with Hirens it does not see the disk C: at all. when i run chkdsk it says cannot open volume for direct access. How to fix this?
When you boot using Windows, how is the C:\ drive formatted - FAT, NTFS, or other?
did you use the Rufus guide to making a booting USB of Hirens BootCD?
