Hello everyone i need with disabling the bitlocker so i can be able to update my bios but i cant disable my bitlocker cause it says that i need some sort of key so i looked around but couldnt find the option for it and also bought this gaming pc from facebook market place so i dont know how to do this please help

Couple of questions if I may;

What is the brand and model name or number of the PC.

Why are you trying to update the BIOS.

Most likely the key is on the original owner’s Microsoft account. If they don’t have it or refuse to give it to you then the only option is to clean install Windows.
