Second Display not detected in Windows 11

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 on my PC and encountered an issue where the second display is not being detected. Before the upgrade, both displays were working fine under Windows 10. The primary display is working without any issues, but the second display remains undetected by the system. I’ve checked the connections and tried different cables, but the problem persists.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

    [ul]
[li]Ensured that both the graphics card drivers and Windows 11 are up to date.[/li][li]Checked the display settings in Windows to see if the second monitor is recognized, but it’s not listed.[/li][li]Tested the second display on another computer, and it works without any issues, ruling out a hardware problem with the display itself.[/li][li]Tried different output ports on the graphics card (HDMI, DisplayPort) to connect the second display.[/li][li]Attempted to update the graphics card drivers and even rolled back to previous versions to see if that would resolve the issue, but it didn’t.[/li][/ul]
I expected that after trying these steps, Windows 11 would detect the second display and allow me to extend or duplicate my desktop as usual. However, none of these attempts have been successful.

    1) Let’s show the complete PC specs using Speccy by Piriform - Get Speccy - Is Speccy safe?
In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
Paste that link into your post.

    2) Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit so list the make/model of the PSU.

Where did you get the drivers from Windows or HP.
Go to HP get the latest drivers.
Try uninstalling the current driver wit DDU.
Then install the driver from HP.
