    Boot issues

    Boot issues

    New PC

    Build info.

    Mobo: ASUS TUF z790

    CPU: intel i7 14700kf

    GPU: MSI 4090

    Memory: DDR5 vengeance 32gb sticks x2

    Storage: Samsung 990 pro 2tb x2

    Cooler: NZXT AIO

    PSU: AGK Gold 850

    Windows 11

I just built this pc yesterday and I’m having issues getting it to boot into windows. I start it once and I get no mobo lights. Just the RGB on the GPU. I turn it off and on again and it boots. It goes into safe mode in the bios and states that it failed to post. After I boot windows through bios I have np issues going forward. I mean it’s a beast. I love the pc but the bios thing is killing me. It also takes multiple times to start every time I turn the pc on. Solutions I’ve tried so far.

    Completely reassembling the pc.

Replacing RAM sticks with ones I know work from a separate PC

Using a different PSU with the cables from the different psu

Trying a fresh boot of windows multiple times.

    Re-seating all power cords.

    Turning off Fast boot.

    Attempted to disable safe mode.

I will take any and all suggestions.
