My Desktop PC has been running Windows 11 for nearly 3 years without any problems whatsoever. I recently turned it on and was greeted with the Blue Screen of Death with Stop Code messages. I tried re-installing Windows but the BSOD kept appearing. I have taken my Desktop to a repair expert who has corrected the situation but my PC has now lost memery to make this happen. I had 4 sticks of 8GB DDR4 Ram in (32GB) and he said it was not faulty but he removed 2 sticks leaving 16GB Ram and now the PC works ok. I really would like 32GB re installed but am at a loss how this has happened? Anyone help please?
