Not sure what to update or adjust anymore

I just built my new PC, I got Windows 11 Pro for it. Everything was running smoothly, I could even open up a couple small games. Now, every game crashes or fails to start up and even on steam, it will give me the “app running” error, which I cannot fix because my task manager refuses to end any tasks and it will stop responding with the slightest misclick. I have updated all my drivers and I have downloaded the necessary drivers and software’s needed to run my computer parts.

I have even tried resetting the PC by wiping it clean of my previous files and settings, to no avail. Would it have something to do with where I bough the Windows product key from?

I’m not sure what to do anymore, any help is appreciated.

I am running a Ryzen 5 7600. rx6800 (non-xt), 32gb of DDR5 running around 5600Mt/s, and a 2tb M.2.

Where did you get Win11 from?
And did that come with the key or you got that somewhere else?
