    Go back to desktop

I used to have a very small rectangular box at the lower right of my Windows 11 screen. I could always click it and it would take me back to my desktop, no matter where I was . That little box is gone. Any suggestions, Thanks, Mike

You can hit the Windows Key + D to show the desktop. (My Favorite) Or

    [ol]
[li]Open the taskbar settings by right-clicking an empty area of the taskbar and selecting Taskbar settings.[/li]

[li]Expand the Taskbar behaviors section at the bottom.[/li]

[li]Put a check in the box next to Select the far corner of the taskbar to show the desktop.[/li][/ol]

You’ll notice if you put your mouse all the way to the right, you should see a line appear.

Thanks xrobwx71, I got it back. That is a quick and easy way to get back to the desktop, I use it frequently. Thanks again, Mike

        Why don’t you use Win+D?
