pc windows 11 5 min to load desktop

Hello

Recently my pc with windows 11 take forever when i want to login
and when im logged in my desktop background and apps doesnt load its just grey screen, when i have waited about 10 min i can play
I cant reinstall my pc cause it says i dont have permissions

Please help
