    Need help with bios

I need help accessing my bios I’ve tried everything but for some reason nothing works. I have tried using advanced startup then going to UEFI firmware settings but it’s doesn’t take me to my bios, instead it takes me straight to my account screen asking for my password. I’ve even tried F10, F2, F12, F1, and the DEL but nothing works. If you know how to solve this issue please let me know ???

Some information about the computer would help us help you.
    Laptop of Desktop
If laptop Make and model number.
If desktop make and model number or if generic make and model of the motherboard.

    Does the computer work?
If yes may I ask why do you want to access the bios?

While we wait for the answers, also check (if laptop) that F2, F10 etc don’t also require the Fn key to be pressed at the same time.

Sometimes even the manufacturer’s buttons for accessing the BIOS do not work (for some reason..).

        This ALWAYS works:

        Press WIN+R and type
        shutdown /r /o
        and press ENTER.

The system will restart. DO NOT PRESS ANY KEY until you see a screen with “Choose option”.
        Select Troubleshoot
        Select Advanced Options
        Select UEFI Firmware Settings

        Click on Reset.

The system will reboot and enter the BIOS.
