Need help. Computer won't boot windows

Computer:
Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3
Bios version: F21
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
RAM: G-SKill 64GB
HDD: Crucial 2TB SDD
WD 1TB NvME

Backstory:
I had Windows 10 running on a SSD and wanted to try Windows 11. Installed it on a NvME hard drive with Windows Boot manager (on SSD) to select which OS. It has been working fine for over a year. Only time I had issues was when there was a power outage. It would load to a “Preparing automatic repair” and loop there. I was able to boot to a linux live CD and reboot and it loaded after that.

Issue:
Had a power blip the other day and computer won’t load now. Loops on the “Preparing automatic repair” a few times and then just stops doing anything. I have tried changing many settings in Bios (CSM Support, Storage Boot Option Control, Secure Boot, AMD CPU fTPM) and resetting to Optimized Defaults numerous times. Still cannot get windows boot manager to appear.

I have created multiple Windows 10 and 11 USB boot drives and they all look like they will start to load by giving windows logo and then fail. I have tried them on my laptop and they work fine.

I made a windows 11 DVD and it does the same as the USB drives, loads the windows logo and for a while and then reboots. Works fine on laptop.

I was able to get it to boot a Windows 7 DVD (USB keyboard and Mouse stopped working at country/language screen, not sure if that has any relevance).

I was able to get a 2012 Hyper-V disc to load.

I made a Ubuntu 20 Live CD and was able to get it to load without issues. I can see both the SSD and NvME drives and could transfer files off of them to NAS.

Currently have the SSD disconnected. Saved all files on NVME I needed. Just trying to wipe it clean at this point and get either version of Windows to load.

Any help would be appreciated.

Computer never makes it to the “Diagnosing your PC” part. It just reboots after the “Preparing automatic repair”.

Wait to see what Bruce has to say.
If SSD can be wiped.
I would disconnect the nvme.
Connect ssd
Boot with linux
Format ssd
Try to load windows using windows creation tool - NOT 3rd party

Not sure what happened, but I updated BIOS version to F52n. After that it showed the diagnosing PC and it is now working.

Sorry, been away for two days, but looks like it has been resolved - good work on the solution.
Would not have connected those two points together myself as the source of the issue.
