laptop screen crash and freeze

i have acer nitro 5 and i bought new ssd m.2 2280 nvme 2 tb and two sticks of 16 g ram and when i installed them my laptop was black screen when boot it and after force reboot it started and after sometime the screen either crash and freeze so you cant do anything or it went black screen also sometimes when put it in sleep mode it wont start and keeps on black screen this happens from hours to hours or sometimes after a day or two so i dont know what is the problem is it from the ssd m.2 or from the ram because before upgrading them it was fine

my os is windows 11

my old ram was one stick with 16 g 3200mhz

i bought 2 rams with 16 g 3200mhz

Quite often a motherboard will function properly only with specific memory modules (brand and settings).

To search if the memory is the issue, remove the newly installed memory and replace them with the old one.
