Help with multitasking

So I can’t do anything if I need to update or download a game according to my friends with my build I should be able to but my PC either freezes or crashes with yt and Spotify and discord definitely can’t play multiple games
I’m on windows 11 if that helps
Specs are
GPU
NVIDIA GEFORCE RTXβ„’ 3090
CPU Cooler
NZXT Kraken Z63 with LCD display
Case
NZXT H510 Flow
Motherboard
Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Pro AX
CPU
Intel Core i9-10900k 10-Core 3.7GHz
RAM
Team T-FORCE Delta RGB 3200MHz CL16 DDR4 - 8 GB x 2
Power Supply
XPG Core Reactor 850W Gold
HDD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB - 2TB
I’ve also done tests and I know it’s not a heating issue also my driver’s and bios is also up to date

Is the problem only with your internet connection.

What do you mean by work related.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

But word google docs all of it just bad cant run multiple programs when i first got the pc it was perfect i accidently updated to windows 11 and had issues ever since. I am writing this while listening to Spotify and the music is fine but my typing is delayed or just freezes also the command prompt pops up every time i get on and its just empty and stays that way but wont close i dont know much about pc so i dont know if thats normal. Other problems are boot up times are slow even though i have nothing set for start up on pc boot.

Apologies for the delay getting back to you, been busy elsewhere I`m afraid.

Looking at Speccy, there is nothing shown to be wrong with the internet connection itself but you do have the awful McAfee AV installed so that will need to go.

Something is wrong with the speed that the RAM is shown to running at, in dual channel it would be almost 15000MHz o_O

Almost half of your RAM is shown to be in use, this most likely McAfee.

Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and 11 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and 11.

If any AV product that you have is a paid for version you should always make sure that you have a copy of the product key kept somewhere safe just in case you ever wish to reinstall it.

Please create a new system restore point first.

McAfee product removal tool (MCPR) here

Once McAfee has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.

Once done, restart, test by using the computer as you normally would, post back with an update when you are ready.

When you re-installed Windows on Sept 10th, did you install the chipset and motherboard drivers properly?

Also, it appears you are using a HDD instead of a SSD. This motherboard supports PCIe 4. You would see much, much faster speeds by upgrading to a PCIe 4 SSD.

The current BIOS is F10, yours is F9a.

How did you go to Windows 11?

Did this start after and or prior to going to Windows 11?

EDIT to add

Since the drive is an HDD when was the last time, it was defragged?
