Vanishing emails

On opening the email folder the last received email is erased before it can be read. The solution from senders who know of this problem is to send their email twice!

Junk Folder
Delete Folder

Are you using a program for email or web based.
What program are you using for your email?
What Version

If a program and you access via web based, are they there and or in place?

Check for any filters set to remove/delete all emails as they arrive.

so, if you open your email program, the first one listed in the Inbox gets deleted, and if you close it and re-open the program, the first one (what was the second one) gets deleted again?
