Opera GX not enough memory - instagram reels

Hello, does anyone know where the problem might be? I’m using Opera GX (a web browser), and all videos work fine except for Instagram Reels. When I’m on the Instagram homepage and scroll, everything plays, including in direct messages when someone sends me a Reel. However, it only happens when I click directly on a Reels tab ( instagram.com/reels). It takes a long time to load, doesn’t display the Reel preview, just gray frame and after a minute, Opera tells me there’s insufficient memory. Sometimes, the Reels start playing, but the play button gets stuck in the middle, even though the Reel is playing. As I watch 2-3 videos, it freezes, and even refreshing (F5) doesn’t help. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and everywhere I encounter the same problem. So, I assume there’s something wrong with the codecs or the web player itself. I’ve been dealing with this issue for a while now, and I’ve tried various fixes such as repairing codecs, automatic allocation of virtual memory, and disabling browser extensions. Everything is up to date, and I have 24GB of RAM. I’m using a 100mb cable internet connection with a ping of 12ms. Reinstalling Windows might help, but before I go down that path, I thought I would try asking experts here as a last resort

G’day and welcome to the fourms. (y)

Let’s get your complete PC specs.
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into your next post.

One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.
