      and yeah I’ve started testing the read reciepts again. As i said they are coming back as expected in English. I check the location behind them and they come from the correct IP location - netherlands. I mentioned in the old thread that the RR with the Chinese lettering were coming from Ireland (An Amazon data center) and eerily near the street I used to work on. I mentioned that maybe it was being routed through one of the many Data centers in Dublin as standard procedure, but this is no longer happening and the RR are in English with NL as the location, so I guess it’s not normal to reroute emails through data centers. I think this is due a second thread outside the current issue but I’d like a general idea if it sounds a little too odd, or if there is a normal explanation.

          Net traffic will travel path of least resistance.

          If a specific route is overloaded or down what ever it will get rerouted.

          You are running low on C drive space you need to look into clearing some of that out.

            Do you mean if it’s busy it gets bounced out? Because this happens all the time when I try message people about important stuff. What’s concerning is that my read receipts are working flawlessly in English and stating the correct location. Prior it came in at random garbled Japanese/Chinese with the wrong location.

            Regarding space, I bought it as go between for gaming and work/college. unfortunately the gaming end takes up a lot of storage.

            BTW it is second hand and came out in 2017. I got it for 500 euro. I was just happy with the specs for what I needed, would you say it’s a good price?

              Yes and no sometimes they may get rerouted through a different server or bounced back to you as undeliverable.

                I wouldn’t say resolved. I do think it needs more honing in on, maybe in another thread at some point. It will confuse the other issues in the thread.

                      It’s not showing the chinese writing in the RR any more, but the fact that it happened before is just concerning and I think needs to be figured out.

                      Regarding the Dutch language, the factory settings were reverted but still shows Dutch for many apps, but I think that’s because it recognises my location as NL

                        That is correct that it sometimes will happen.

                        Did you change the language in the browser?

                        Can you post a screen shot of the Language settings for Windows?

                          yes. It is happening less now but the odd window shows up in Dutch. Honeslty about the language it is becoming less noticable, and I am more likely going to have to reset it again anyway for a temp fix to sort the brightness problem. The screen is so dark I can barely see it and I need to get work done anyway.

                            Have you attempted to adjust the brightness on the monitor?

                            Otherwise you will need to create a new thread covering the screen brightness issue.
