Hey there I have a pc that was bought as a prebuilt a sky tech prism brand new and iv had nothing but crashing issues since new, what is going on is when gaming the pc will automatically kick me back to the asrock boot screen all temps seem fine but have no clue where else to look to try and find my issue, it recently went to a repair shop and had the bios updated as well as reinstalled the operating system windows 11… if anyone has any ideas on what to try I’m open to suggestions all temps seem fine and don’t go over the shutdown threshold the build is a phantom 570x motherboard, ryzen 7 cpu, auroras 3080ti gpu, 1 tb fire cuda m.2 and a 2tb evo m.2 and a Corsair 950 psu as well as 32 gb of Corsair 3600mhz ram 8 gb per slot
Any one have ideas… at a loss

first up you need to ask the repair shop if anything we suggest will void their warranty.
it shouldn’t, but it’s worth checking.
plus, the warranty is after all a hiding cost in the purchase price, so you really should get that advantage if the rig is not behaving itself. -

when it came back from the repair shop and they reinstalled Win11, is that all they did?
what software did you then install?
trying to find out if it came back OK and only started crashing after you installed one of your games.
