    Is there anything that states Legacy BIOS (might be boot).
    enable if found.

    Other things to attempt is a BIOS reset to factory

    Have you checked to see if there is a BIOS update?

    Make sure to look under the other sections beside Boot.

        Can’t see legacy boot anywhere

        How do I check for a BIOS update…this one is dated 28/10/2022

                    I seem to have got it to work ! made a live bootble USB from instructions on Kali website, turned off secure boot went into the boot menu with F7 on startup and it was listed and selectable to boot from ! Thank you all but the issue is now resolved !
