New PC hangs at startup & restart's w/this screen w/SSD drives?

for the first issue, go into BIOS and disable the option to boot from network.

So i went into the BIOS on WIN 11, wow…what a different beast it is!!! And the only option i saw was the BOOT from Disk option #2 i think it was, which works, but it doesn’t seem to save so it does it everytime? How do I get into the option menu to make a “change” persay? Win 11 Bios is sooo strange…THANK YOU!!! I’ll keep playing with it…

If big shop, E.G Dell, HP etc Then Make model & serial/service tag number.
If not big brand, then make and model of MB would help.

when you leave BIOs, there’ll be a method to save your changes, some have a SAVE button, others want you to hit F10 to save and exit.

it may be different for you, but there will be a way to save your changes.

actually what i found is when it starts to hang with that screen if i just hit the escape key 3 times it goes right to my login like it should!!! so happy about that…quick reboots are back!!! thanks again!!!

Well, it still happens…but if i do a restart and close out my unused/needed programs it seems fine for awhile…then it craps out and the video’s whether it be facebook or yourube will inevitably just get completely stuck buffering again. and round and round it goes…strange. i checked my cookie settings and all to make sure it deletes after exit and all…hmmmmm?
