Gpedit is only available in Windows Pro & Enterprise. I don’t think it can be added. Notification Centre disabled on which pc?

You can try enabling it but there’s no guarantee:
You can enable gpedit.msc (Group Policy Editor) on Windows 10 without downloading a third-party app. Read this guide to learn more.

                    Or:
The differences between the Professional and Home editions of Windows 10 and Windows 11 are rather subtle. But one tool that is missing from the Home

If you enable notifications does the problem remain?

Open calendar and under settings locate Alternate Calendar and Uncheck Alternate Calendar. Bottom right corner.

Right click on the taskbar the clock area to the right of your screen.
Choose Adjust Date and Time .
All the settings are there for you to choose time, language, date etc.

I am also running Windows 11.
