    annoying opaque bar above taskbar

    hello

if I have 2 Browsers next to each other in the Taskbar, and I want to switch from one Browser to another and I hover over the browser with my mouse. then i see a wide opaque bar which is really annoying . this prevents the browsers from appearing. how do i get this off? I also have this when a program is open in the taskbar, when I stand in the taskbar with the mouse on the program or browser, this bar comes up. So if I want to click on something, I first have to close 1 program by clicking the MINUS sign at the top right, only then can I open the other

Who can help me with this

Tp prevent confusion your duplicate post has been removed

How do you have the open windows arranges?

    Cascaded
    Stacked
    Side by Side

Seeing a complete screen shot would also be beneficial too that way we can see exactly what you see.

Honestly it looks as if the bottom part of the browser is not completely loading.

What does your desktop look like?

    How old is the system?

    Been happening how long?

What changes made to the system and did this ever work correctly?
