user profile cannot load

so i’ve had this problem where when i try signing into my pc it says user produce can’t load so i try go into safe mode and see if i can fix it from the yt videos and everytime i do that my screen gets zoomed in and it makes me put my password in then when i put it in it says welcome for a while then just puts me in a blank black or white screen with my cursor just there

Try and boot into safe mode with command prompt and enable the built in admin account.
