pc freezes after closing game.

hi, sorry I didn’t know where to actually post this. basically whenever I close a game my pc freezes and becomes unresponsive, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics drivers but had no success, temperatures seem fine. graphics card is a geforce rtx 3060ti.
