Randomly the loading icon on my cursor was just constantly flashing, so I tried to find an application that was making it do it, but found nothing. I decided to boot in safe mode, which j enabled in the system configuration menu. Upon restart i was met with a 0xc000000e error. It said: \WINDOWS\System32\winload.exe. Iβve tried many different cmd commands, and the automatic repair and repair from installation media to no avail. My drives have 25gb or less so my last resort is buying another ssd
Error 0xc000000e

Try booting your machine with Windows 10 installation media
At the Install screen, click on βRepairβ on the lower left.
Then Troubleshoot.
Advanced.
Command Prompt with Admin.
Select Command Prompt and type in the following:
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
If that gives an error, use:
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot -

What is the error when you enter the commands as written? If it says not found then either the boot files are corrupt or the drive is bad.Comment

And you restarted the PC after turning safe mode off?
Did you ensure to run the cmds as an admin?
