    pc going black screen

    Hello.

    My PC going to black screen when I am playing a little bit hard games. When I press shift + ctrl + win key + b its not help.

    When I do benchmark like Furmark or Heaven Benchmark 4.0 its not go black screen, and works fluently.

    The voltages and temperature in system during games are perfect – the voltages are stable , and temperatures are relative low.

    Things I am already tried in order to solve the problem:

    Change to Win11

    Change to different CPU (same model i7 10700)

    Change motherboard from GYGABYTE 490 UD to ASUS 590 PRIME

    Factory reset of BIAS

    Change GPU drivers to older version (from WHDL version)

    SSD full scan and diagnostic

    Specs:
    cpu: i7 10700
    gpu: rtx 3060 ti eagle oc version
    motherboard: asus 590 prime
    psu: Antec 750W Active PFC

            Let’s get some more information:

            Please download and run speccy.

            Once you have ran speccy, follow the instructions to upload a snapshot found here.
            [HEADING=3]To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:[/HEADING]
            [ol]
            [li]In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.[/li][li]In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.[/li][li]Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.[/li][/ol]

            Please snap a picture of your power supply or link to the exact model so I can be sure that we are looking at the same one.

                    Couple of things of note in Speccy but something that stands out in your OP first.

                    Nowhere do you mention having clean installed Windows and the system drivers once the replacement ASUS motherboard had been swapped in !

                      When I change to the new motherboard, I upgrade the windows and do a factory reset.

                        Sorry but that is not how things work, advanced users can get away with clean installing Windows when swapping MBs but to do so is more trouble than it is worth + not all advanced users are equally versed with modifying the Windows registry and tend to leave well alone.

                        You cannot take a boot drive used with one MB and try to get it to boot with another and expect it to work, Windows will try loading the drivers for the previous MB and as you have found you get nothing but trouble, there is also the legal matter of Windows product keys, most are OEM/system builder keys that can only be used the once and which are not transferable to any other MB, full retail keys that can be reused once the original install has been disabled cost more money and are used by folk like myself so as to avoid OEM conflicts, if you were aware of this you would not have carried out the steps that you have.

                        You need to clean install Windows and the chipset drivers for the new MB, see my canned info below;

                        Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

                        From Speccy;

                        Running: Geolocation Service
                        Running: GIGABYTE Adjust

                        You have overinstalled the previous Gigabyte MB software with the stuff for the new ASUS MB package, this has Windows all asunder so it needs to go and have a lay down :sick:
