Cannot log in to windows after a complete reset and wipe

I decided to fully clean reset my computer. It worked fine until it was done and i tried to log in to the computer. I do not get any option to log in to an admin account, and my old user gets the error message “your pin is No longer available due to a change on this device. Click to set Up your pin again”. When i proceed to set up my pin i get another error saying “the user profile service failed the Sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded”.

I have tried my best to google solutions, but nothing i have found resembles My problem. I have also tried running “startup repair” through troubleshoot, and using command prompt to force a new admin user. But When i do so, the New admin user wont appear on the login screen. Anyone having a fix for this?

Hi,

Perform a clean install of Windows 10 and remove all the partitions on the SSD to ensure there is not any old data on the SSD during the Windows 10 install. See this link, How to do a Clean Install of Windows 10.
