Micros0ft edge issue

Hi
i have just bought a new Desktop with windows 11 my old one was windows 10. I have an issue with Microsoft edge which i have read is a common problem. When i go onto some websites when it is loading "mmm cannot not be found comes up until l page loaded and it freezes constantly. I am not computer savvy when it comes to the operating side of it. I can do the basics .Any help would be great thanks in advance

have you tried any other browsers to rule out that it may just be the site you are going to is not Edge compatible?
try Chrome - something like 95% of all web sites are Chromium orientated.

I should have mentioned, Yes, Edge is Chromium based as well.
but being the successor to Internet Explorer which the world decided was crap and left it alone, I feel Edge is suffering all the bad juju from IE.
and if the end-users don’t care for it, perhaps the web developers aren’t either.
