Hello,
I recently recorded a video in 4k and I watched the video all the way through without issue twice. Since then Iβve recorded multiple videos in 4k and other resolutions that play without issue.. I saved a copy to my external hard drive as well as on my computer. A few days later I went to watch it again and it freezes at 2:11 every time on both my computer and the back up file. I running windows 11 on the HP Envy. I tried windows media player, the movies and TV playback app on windows. I checked to make sure the file wasnβt corrupted and its not. Iβve tried converting it to different file types. I have no idea what else it could be. Its a very important file. Is there any other suggestions or ways to possibly fix this? Iβd greatly appreciate any help or feedback.
