Please do not type in all capitals it is rude and disrespectful and is considered to be a form of yelling.

so this is all browser related, you are checking your mail in a browser as well?
      what browser?
      what mail client?
      have you tried other browsers?
have to disabled any extensions that may be causing this?
have you gone into the browser settings and cleared ALL the cached site data, history, cookies, etc?

Do you have Firefox installed, or brave browser.

Try installing one of these to see if the issue persist in either.

If it doesn’t then simply reset Chrome & Edge.

CCleaner from Piriform will also clean out the caches of your browser.
so run that, with an added benefit of it cleaning up your PC in general.

but installing a new browser that you haven’t used before, like Firefox as Malnutrition has suggested, is a good idea as Firefox will be β€˜clean’ with no prior history or extensions.
