I can not run as Administrator

I remember i did change from administrator account to standard user in netplwiz <))
And now i can.t run it again ( like this ).

[ATTACH type=“full”]9018[/ATTACH]

I tried use recovery → restart now in advance startup → start up setting … bla bla but it does’nt work.
Please help me, thank you so so much. <3

Why are you attempting to make the changes?

You have to be logged in as an Administrator to make certain changes to accounts.

Since you changed the account form Administrator to standard you no longer have that access and will have to switch accounts.

Why not use the User Account in the Control Pannel to make the changes?
