WINDOWS XP (industrial PC) - Rebooting loop problem - NEED HELP!

Hello All,

I am Dennis and I need help on regarding my industrial PC problem. Below are the details. Thank you in advance!
PC Model: Contec SPC-CLW-T2M03E

1. Malfunction / Abnormal behavior
   The PC suddenly got rebooting loop and cannot successfully boot after doing a PC restart.
   Got an pop up error "The operating system couldn’t be loaded because the firmware (BIOS) is not ACPI compatible.
   Error code: 0xc0000225
   You’ll need to use recovery tools on your installation media.If you don’t have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer.

Follow up questions.
1) Does it mean that the BIOS was corrupted?
2) Does changing the motherboard can fix the issue?
3) Any other technical suggestion is highly appreciated.

Hello Peter! Thank you for your reply. I have tried to search on this but the motherboard model cannot be found. So i tried to fill up the support request form, unfortunately, Contec informed me that I need to contact TAZMO because they sold the technology to them and thus they cannot directly provide info to us. That is what I am doing now. (y)
