Will This Disc Work

I have a Dell 755 with intel dual core which came with XP pro and when i purchased it about 3 years ago (i needed XP) i came with a self made XP Pro restore disc, i have now purchased a Dell 7010 with intel i5 with XP Home installed , would it work if i load the Xp pro disc to upgrade to pro.

I am assuming the mobo is different on the new one? If so probably not.. Because that restore disk has the drivers for the old mobo on the Dell 755..

No there is no telling how they created that disk of how badly it has been hacked and malware virus infected.
