Windows 7 Pro, Lenovo laptop. Computer will not shut down. Ctrl/alt/delete does not do anything. Can’t just unplug to make it restart with battery and all.
Can’t find anything to make it shut down and reboot. any ideas, please?
Thanks Bruce. I guess I stumbled across this after it not shutting down , I finally held down the power button a along time and it finally shut down.
I tried again the next day and it loaded up and let me shut down normally. Thanks for your prompt response.
