I factory reset my old all in one Pc and now it is missing network drivers (pcnoob) HELP PLEASE

Good morning everybody I just factory reset my old all-in-one touch because it was just in a black blinking scream that it was the reason why I had to factor reset it and now I am not even able to connect to a Wi-Fi or anything. It says it’s missing some driver or something.

Can somebody please help me and respond?

    Thanks love yall
    And

You have given us no information.

Please give us a brand, service tag, and a model # for the computer.

Did the AiO come with any driver CD/DVD?
Did you use the inbuilt recovery to reinstall Windows (perhaps from the recovery environment) or boot from the manufacturer’s recovery DVD or create media & install a clean version of Windows?
Can you connect via Ethernet To download drivers?
