open up the side cover, remove the memory sticks.
with a soft bristled brush, wipe each stick’s circuitry.
stick the brush into the motherboard slots the sticks came out of and wipe those as well.
use your fingers and wipe the contact points on each stick.

put the sticks back as see how that goes.
if still the same error, and there are more than one stick, only put one stick in and try again.
if it fails, replace that stick with the other.
if still no luck, try the other slots.

rinse and repeat until you (hopefully) get lucky.

      Hello Sir
      My Dell Optiplex 380
I removed the ram and cleaned it well
It started working normal and after an hour it suddenly happened again

Sounds like something on the ram is possibly failing.

        Do you have 2 sticks?

If so, remove one stick and place it on an ESD safe workspace, (wood table, cardboard box, plastic container, etc).

Run the computer until you see (or don’t see) the error again, if you see the error again attempt to use the other stick and repeat the process.

When -if - you can log into Windows, press the Windows key + R, then type mdsched.exe and hit enter to open it.

Select “Restart now and check the problems”.
