this is a file from INTEL SDE. I wanted to use it to run the game Control on an older CP, I remember that once this file worked, today I reinstalled windows 7 and it does not work

What game is this suppose to be working with?
Does it need to be place in a certain directory for it to work?

What issues are were you having with the game.

You do under stand that Windows 7 is no longer supported?
