I think I was hacked. I was trying to google and all the characters I typed were zeros. So then I tried to clean cookies and cache but the problem continued. Then I did a system scan and decided to shut the computer down. When came up there were rows of dots in the password box. I rebooted it several times using F8 to see if I could reset nothing works.
Have you delete the dots and typed in your password?
Would also suggest that you make sure that the system is not connected to the network and or internet access.
Thank you for your response. I am unable to remove the dots at all and I’m unable to disconnect anything (wifi connected). I can’t get to my home screen.
Try another keyboard if you have one or if not check for a stuck key on your keyboard.
Run your fingers all over the keyboard. Pay attention to the o’s and zeros.
