Windows 7 won't boot after Malwarebytes

    Dear sir/madam,

    Here is the scenario,
First of all, the network sharing center couldn’t be open in the laptop, thus I decide to run Malwarebytes to perform the virus checking, and some threats were identified and I quarantined them, then it leads to restart of the laptop, here is where I stuck forever loop on startup repair, but couldn’t fix them automatically.
I tried to boot in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt and also Last Known Good Configuration (Advanced), however, all failed and automatically direct to the startup repair

I hope to get some help from here !
    Thank you

    Hi,

Do you have a Windows 7 installation media that you can boot into to repair your system?

Where can I prepare Windows 7 installation media, I don’t know much about these but I can follow instructions, and I do have a USB stick, perhaps it can be used?

Follow the instructions here, Where to Download Windows 10, 8.1, and 7 ISOs Legally.

After you download the Windows 7 ISO file, you need to burn it to a USB flash drive. Use Rufus to create a bootable flash drive using the Windows 7 ISO that you downloaded.

Hi there, problem solved after reinstall of the windows 7 ultimate, however I couldn’t get the product key, so I cant do the activation, but now having another issue, I install most of the drivers and Wireless LAN driver installation comes into error, the error message as “the device may not be present or could have been ejected/unplugged from the system”, so now I’m using Ethernet connection to have Internet connection

Ok sounds good. You can find cheap product keys online if needed but you really should upgrade to Windows 10 in order to stay protected from malware and other online threats.
