What tool are you attempting to run?

Where did you get this tool from?

When does the error come up?

Have you tried just downloading the ISO then creating the media?

It opens and I accept the applicable notices and license terms. Then it gives me two options:
          -Upgrade this PC now.
-Create installation media (USB flash drive,DVD, or ISO file) for another PC.

Then says Getting a few things ready.

Then gives the screen that i posted in the OP.

Try the information for the link I posted as well.

Dod you have another system that you can download the file to and create the software then use it to install?

              Yes i tried both options.

The exact service error is 1068.

I do have another system that i can use to download and install it on a USB.

I just dont know why my computer is giving me these errors.

UPDATE: I actually fixed the service Error 1068.

I’ll update and will tell you if the windows 10 installation works.
