    .net firmware microsoft

    hi i have an old alienware laptop wenever i try to run command center ( stuff for rgb on alienware) i get this… (log)… i have tried firmware clean tool… microsoft firmware repairtool… celan install. bios updates windows from 7 to 10 server editions. i even changed ram, and c mos battery idk what to do. if anyone has any ideas thanks love u all.
