I’ve had this problem for a while now, where all animations in games go ridiculously fast. For example in The Sims, the loading screen animations jump around really fast and although the time is set to normal, it looks as if days pass in seconds. Or in Starbound, if you try to move it will make you run really fast in one direction. In YouTube the vidoes play super fast and then pause to buffer, and then skip through again. I’ve tried running games with almost no other processes running, restarting, re installing, and enabling vertical refresh. I’m not sure what’s causing this problem and least of all how to fix it. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
