Not receiving audio output

Recently updated my computers driver’s twice and my audio stopped working. The first time my audio stopped working, I rolled back to previous versions, which initially worked, but after I installed my new graphics card and updated the drivers again my audio stopped working. Previous versions don’t work and reinstalling newer versions doesn’t either. My headphones work on other devices and swapping between the 3.5mm ports doesn’t fix the problem.

and how are you getting your audio, just the 3.5mm jack or HDMI cable to monitor speakers or such.
what drivers were updated twice; audio, video, something else?
