Nothing is working, I’m sure it’s my own fault as I’m not very good with computers. I It’s time for an upgrade anyway so I’ll just wipe the computer and upgrade to windows 10. Very thankful for all the help :^)

If you do this you will have to pay circa $130 if you purchase Windows 10 in Canada, if we can get Windows 7 up to date you may still be able to upgrade to Windows 10 using your Windows 7 product key.
