If restore is broken, it’s just a matter of time before other things start breaking unfortunately

I can understand what you mean about win being broken…so will just up grade..there has been a few strange things happened I wondered about in the
last couple of months..

You would download the Windows 10 tool here Download Windows 10

You would need a blank USB drive to put the tool and W10 on.
