Cannot sign onto Aol Gold mail.

Do not receive error message. I am able to log onto regular aol mail on IE just cannot log onto aol gold. Seems at times I can shut down computer and then able on long onto gold. However, presently even that doesn’t work.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AOL software?

Confirmed that the configuration is still set correctly?
