Twitter Won't load on any broswer.

Hello,

I am unable to access twitter.com on any browser on my pc. It is a fresh windows 7 install. (about 2 weeks ago) No issues with any other site timing out like this. It is not a new issue as I have never been able to access twitter.com via this pc even when it was new.

Any assistance with this issue would be much appreciated, thank you for your time.

Are you the administrator? Is it possible that something may be blocking the Twitter domain? Security software, proxy, VPN, adblock, peerblock, etc.?

Can you try it with another browser, and some addons can affect connectivity to Twitter, so be sure to try disabling addons as well.

He’s tried with Chrome, Firefox, and IE in the screenshot. I don’t think the issue is on a browser level.
