It is a desktop PC, I have tried to go into device manager and will attach the screen shot of what I see and a photo of bios, I don’t think it is seeing it in bios? It will not even show the cd/dvd drivce in my computer, it ejects/opens ok, but no reading is taking place nor the computer cannot even see it if that makes sense
Well I have shown hidden on the instructions above and will attach the image. I have also reset the bios to factory. I shall check tomorrow and see about checking internally
Don’t have the link in front of me at the moment as I’m on my phone but google ‘upper and lower limits’ and see if that helps.
