No the fan you posted in post # 28 is the on the power supply you need and should have a fan for the system that is attached to the back of the case.
Look just to the left of the CPU there should be a fan there that should expels air from the system to aid in cooling the system off. Which explains why the system is getting hot.

Would it be bad if i just simply put a “normal” fan right next to it?
Also , I just turned PC on like a hour ago and noticed that GPU fan isnt moving again lol
I run two computers with the side panel off.
I also have run a household/desktop fan directly into the tower.
They don’t get much more dust as the household/desktop fan cools everything and blows any dust out.
If your not going to fit a fan as advised left of the CPU as Rusty suggested, then a household/desktop fan is your next best bet.
Do the temps only get that high when you ate playing games?
What is the WATTs for the Power Supply that is installed in the system?
What are the setting for the games set at?
High or Ultra High
Well… yeah mostly high when im playing games , for example I just turned off WoW 3 min ago after playing it for 4h , and my temps are 71 C GPU 54 GPU , ( while I was playing it was 71 C GPU 60-70 CPU)
uhh… it says MAX DC Output 400W, on the power supply thing in pc , if thats what u mean?
I play on lowest settings in every game pretty much , i also noticed that usualy when nothing is happening i have normal fps , but as soon as fight starts and theres effects and stuff fps drops from 60 to 10 (in league for example)
You have no case fans. That will cause your CPU, GPU, and motherboard to get extremely hot and overheat. You need an exhaust fan to eliminate the hot air. They’re $5 and will keep your components cool. An exhaust fan is not optional. You need one.
The minimum requirements for “World of Warcraft” and “League of legends”, requires a better Processor and Video card, than what you have.
Even on your lowest settings, you are going to have bad fps. Having as low as ten doesn’t surprise me one bit.
You are attempting to play games which require better Hardware, than what you have.
Stop dreaming, and play games which your very weak Computer, can handle.
Trying to play these games with a stock CPU cooler is a joke.
Of course the CPU is going to get hot under heavy load.
So… Just wanted to update you guys , I have opened side of my pc and put big fan right next to it and had it on for last 2 days entire time while playing , and it seems to have semi fixed the issues? the CPU temp never goes above 70-71 C and GPU always around 40-60 C. I have around 50-100 fps in WoW now and yesterday I turned on league (after playing WoW all day for like 12h) and it still ran fine! I had around 60-90 fps entire game , it droped under 60-40 maybe 5 times for like a secound during team fight , but thats about it , so I guess the PC overheating was the issue? also Is it bad in the long term if i use a normal fan? instead of getting a proper one for PC
It’s still odd to me , that all of sudden I have those issues , cause I always had only 2 fans and everything was always fine, until week ago it randomly started being a problem ( even tho both fans were still properly working)
