I messed up with com settings in some permissions.now my pc shows blue windows startup sceen after welcom with the “windows ultimate 7” screeen .
I couldn’t get into safe mode.nor system repair .nothing!!!
Pls help me i nedd my pc i dont want to format pls help pls!!!
some specifics to the problem may help.
when you say you couldn’t get into Safe Mode, how did you try that? what error messages are you getting?
but that would be the first thing to get working, and once in, use the System Restore Points to go back in time before your tweaking.
do you have any system image backups?

I pressed f8
Started the safe mode
Then it loaded somethings
Then the same windows blue screen came but with low resolution
In The system repair it stucks at windows is loading files
Nothing’s working
